Once you've placed an order, it takes around 1-2 days to dispatch, with delivery depending on your location in-country or internationally. If you decide your order isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. 

• Please thoroughly check all items upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached tags and or any original packaging.
• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and displaying any additional product tags, and packaging to receive a full refund.
• Please return items in their original packaging to ensure their necessary protection when in transit.

If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us for our immediate attention.

It can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed and deposited back into your account via the original payment method, excluding the cost of delivery. Please note, processing time will vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
